Overview

Field Assist’s primary goal was to have a centralized hub for its external training delivery – particularly to train clients. The firm wanted an LMS to give training on their products to their customers. Their intent was to reduce the high touch training experience being provided to small clients and thereby reduce the training costs incurred.

PlayAblo, a mobile-first, microlearning-driven, and gamified eLearning platform, is designed specifically to work with custom corporate training requirements – distinctive to each organization. It understood Field Assist’s needs as a company with multiple external learning needs and partnered with the former to become its LMS provider.

After integrating PlayAblo’s LMS, Field Assist could structure everything on the platform – to analyze client understanding. It currently uses PlayAblo for client training and mainly for product testing from the customer side. The end results? Not only has the collaboration led to deeper brand understanding among Field Assist’s clients but it also also increased the overall engagement among its customers.
